Our trained service technicians specialize in the maintenance and repair of laser printers, fax machines, and multifunction devices.

Flat fee service call -  No hidden charges, travel fees, or hourly labor charges for most printer problems.  Service fee covers up to two on-site visits for diagnostics and repair. 

Low cost parts - We have access to most major brand service support including parts, kits, and assemblies.  On major printer components, we also offer refurbished parts at much lower costs.

Preventative Maintenance - PM10 is a ten-step preventative maintenance process that our technicians perform on-site.  All the critical parts of your laser printer are cleaned and inspected for wear and tear.

New Laser Printers - Network ready color or monochrome printers with select models capable of up to 35,000 pages per month.  Duplex and high capacity input drawers also available on most devices.

Refurbished Printers and Copiers - We also carry a full line of HP recertified devices with the same manufacturer’s warranty offered on their new products.  These reconditioned color and monochrome printers and copiers offer the same quality and performance at a much lower price.

COMPREHNESIVE SOLUTIONS

Get everything you need to put print on paper and pay only one monthly bill.

Lease + Service - Lease one of our printers or multifunction devices with an affordable service & supply contract and combine the monthly payment with a cost-per-page or flat rate service fee

 Two Cent Solution- We will provide and install an HP LaserJet Printer, maintain its operation, and supply all toner for only 2 cents per page.  With a 3000 page monthly minimum, this comprehensive service could cost less than your current toner expense alone.

Print Assurance - This is our managed print solution where we provide comprehensive service and supplies along with real time monitoring for all your network printers on a simple cost-per-page basis.  This service is best suited for companies utilizing 15 or more devices.  Some of the benefits include:

- proactive supply distribution and service  through device monitoring

Scott's Personal Profile

As a small business owner, my goal is to build strong business relationships with local companies and institutions by providing affordable products and exceptional service.  I have deep roots in Northwest Arkansas growing up in Fayetteville, graduating from Fayetteville High School in 1977, and the University of Arkansas in 1981.  After leaving to complete post-graduate degree, I held positions in Texas, Mississippi, and central Arkansas before returning to Northwest Arkansas in 2001 to start my own business.  My father was the owner of Northwest Oil Co. in Fayetteville and my mother a Physical Therapist until they both retired.  My wife, Cheryl, has a successful private counseling practice at the Center for Psychology and Counseling in Fayetteville as well.  Our two boys both attended local public and private schools in Northwest Arkansas, one having graduated in 2008.
